Marketing Campaign – Simply Bistro

‘Bistro’, the best ingredients prepared using perfect technique to produce simple and affordable food. There is no restaurant in Taupo offering a true bistro experience.

‘Simply Bistro’ will be a local’s eatery, modelled in the style of a Kiwi inspired French bistro. The food will be simple, fun and affordable with a focus on fresh local ingredients being showcased on a frequently changing menu, with no dish being sold for more than $30. The restaurant will seat 50-60 diners per sitting and be situated on Taupo’s busy dining strip, Tuwharetoa Street.

This paper is a conceptual marketing campaign focused on launching a unique restaurant concept into the busy Taupo dining market with the ultimate long-term goal of creating a destination restaurant of national recognition.

Brand Strategy – Healthy Home Solutions

With homes new and old it is important that New Zealanders are aware of and understand the impact that living in an unhealthy home has on our lives. It is equally important that we have the information and advice available to us to help rectify any issues that our homes may have.

‘Healthy Home Solutions’ is a not-for-profit online service brand offering free non-biased information and advice to New Zealand homeowners. HHS provides an online tool and a smartphone application that can be used to facilitate homeowners in finding long-term sustainable solutions to make their homes warmer and healthier to live in and more energy efficient.

This group paper is the final part in a series of two papers following on from ‘Consumer-based Brand Value Analysis’. A comprehensive brand strategy developed to launch a conceptual brand into the New Zealand housing/health market.

Established in 1992 as ‘Seeing is Believing’, Prevu is an Auckland based media company specialising in the management and distribution of video, 360˚ virtual tours and e-brochures (rich-media) to third-party travel websites throughout Asia Pacific and the USA. Prevu is the world’s leading expert in online presentation, positioning and promotion of accommodation properties, and is recognised as Asia Pacific’s number one distributer of rich-media for the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.

This paper is a conceptual marketing campaign focused primarily on growing Prevu’s customer base in the South Pacific Region, with the ultimate goal of building the company towards becoming a global distributor of rich-media content.

Healthy Home Solutions

In New Zealand there are estimated to be around 750,000 homes with insufficient ceiling and underfloor insulation with many more homes being inadequately heated and ventilated (EECA, N.D). ‘Healthy Home Solutions’ objective is to help homeowners to rectify this overwhelming problem.

My latest paper is a consumer-based brand analysis of a conceptual not-for-profit online service brand, part one of a two part series of papers. The second paper (the Brand Strategy) will be up here in a few weeks time.

Semester 1… done..

Well the first semester is done and dusted and I’m enjoying a short break before venturing back for summer school.  I have worked hard and have really enjoyed my learning experience so far, and have been rewarded with very good marks in my assignment work.  Course grades should be out in the next couple of weeks so I look forward to seeing how I have done overall.

I have uploaded another marketing paper today and will add more over the next week or so.
